number listed?
A: In order to keep the
cost of operations low and pass the savings to our customers we use email as
a primary communication method. If there are any questions or comments and
you would like to speak to one of our customer relations managers, please
email your phone number and the time when you would like us to contact you.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card to make a
purchase?
A: Yes. We have a secure
merchant account to process your payment. We use PayPal's transaction
processing and SSL technology to transfer the information for maximum

Q: I still prefer not to use my credit card over
Internet. Do you have any other method of accepting credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept credit
card payments over the phone. If you would like to purchase an item and pay
via credit card over the phone, please send us an email with the phone
number where you can be reached and time when you will be
available. One of our representatives will call you back at the specified
time to take your order. Please be assured that your credit card information
is protected and will be used only one time to complete your authorized
order.
Q: I prefer not to use my credit card. Do you
accept other types of payments?
A: Yes. We accept
personal checks, money orders and cashiers check. Please make out the

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We process and ship
your order on the same or next day depending on the time the order was
received. Usually it takes 2 to 4 business days in continental USA to
receive the order if USPS Priority Mail (free, preferred method) has been
selected as a shipping method. International shipments may take longer due
to Customs regulations. However, if the payment is made via personal check,
the order will be shipped after the check is cleared by the financial
institution.
Q: What is your exchange and return policy?
A: Please refer to our

Q: Do you take international orders?
A: Yes. To keep shipping
simple and fair to everyone, we charge a flat fee of $15.99 for standard
4-7 days shipping. Note that this charge does not include Custom or any
other international fees. These fees extra (if any) and will be paid by the
buyer upon receiving the product.
In addition, customers
can use our
